Yvonne Kimberly Sawyer

Yvonne Kimberly Sawyer was born on November 8, 1970, in Brownwood, Texas, to Billie and Linda Gilbreath. She entered her eternal rest on July 14, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished sister, and a friend to many.

 Yvonne married Barry Sawyer on April 18, 1991, in Brownwood, Texas. Their love story was blessed with one child, Daniel Sawyer, whom she adored deeply. She is preceded in death by her father, Billie Edward Gilbreath, her mother, Linda Louise Reed, her sister, Kathy Turner, and her brother, Billie Gilbreath Jr.

 Yvonne is survived by her beloved husband of 33 years, Barry Sawyer, her dear son, Daniel Sawyer, and her brother, Horace Gilbreath. Her family and friends will remember her for her kindness, her steadfast faith in Jesus, and her gentle spirit. Yvonne had a passion for gardening, finding peace and joy in nurturing her plants. She also had a strong love for animals, especially her little chihuahua, Nixy. Additionally, she was an avid Dr. Pepper enthusiast, a devoted fan of the television show *Law and Order*, and loved to fish with her husband.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to breast cancer research or to consider supporting organ donation initiatives in Yvonne's memory. Her loving and generous spirit will live on through these contributions.

Yvonne will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, kindness, and faith will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
