Rose Mary Lewis, 68, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away, August 3, 2020.
Rose Mary was born in Sioux City, Iowa, on September 5th, 1951, to Jack and Gertrude Kinison. She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School. Rose Mary was married to the love of her life Garry Dion Lewis on October 22, 1977, with whom she is now reunited.
Rose Mary joined Job Corps after graduation and trained to become an elderly caregiver for the nursing home environment. After several years she branched out to become a self-employed caretaker, in a move that allowed her to personally touch many lives for 30 years. Rose Mary actively contributed to her community, whether it be through the local schools, under privileged children, or animal activism.
Rose Mary Lewis was survived by her daughter Erin Dawn Haney; son-in-law James Connard Haney III; granddaughters; Emily Haney (11), Heatherly Haney (9), Natalie Haney (6); and grandson James Connard Haney IV (5).
