Luis L. Quiroga

Luis L. Quiroga was born to Santos and Raquel Quiroga on May 15, 1960 and passed away on July 28, 2020 in Irving, Texas. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Maria Quiroga; daughters, Karen  Quiroga, Tracey Quiroga, and Kathleen Quiroga; 7 grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
