She was born in Hurst, TX on 08/18/1992, daughter of Michael and Stacy Chenault.

Kelly graduated from Keys High School, Class of 2010. After graduation, Kelly devoted herself to raising her beautiful daughter Kairi. She then married her longtime friend, Jarrett Phillips and together they had two children, Trinity and Jace. They celebrated 6 years of marriage this past July.

She was survived by her husband, Jarrett Phillips; her children, Kairi, Trinity and Jace; her brother, Nick Chenault; and her parents, Michael and Stacy Chenault.
