Jerry Donald Hitt

Jerry Donald Hitt, widow of Marcia Jean Hitt, passed away on December 18, 2020. Born in Dallas, Texas, he was the son of Harvey and Martha Hitt. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and the University of North Texas.

He is survived by his brother Russell Hitt, his daughters Kathy Taylor, Julie Jordan Wade (Glen Wade), Michelle Jordan, and Leigh Smith-Hitt (Naomi Smith-Hitt). He also leaves behind six grandchildren: Jennifer Harris, Robert, Steven (Tammye) and Chandler Taylor and Jeremy and Jordan Mullendore. He also had 3 great-grandchildren: Ezekiel, Landon Cash, and Selena. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on his birthday, January 26, 2021 at 2:30 pm. The service will be held at the First United Methodist Church at 503 N Central Expressway in Richardson, Texas.
