Daniel Panizza Online memorials and obituary

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Daniel Elijah Panizza, who departed this life unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident the afternoon of July 31st, 2025 at the age of 38. Daniel is survived by his father Timothy Panizza of Kent, WA, and mother Melissa Panizza of Grand Prairie, TX. Also, his loving partner of 3 years Yolanda Garcia and her two children: beloved nephew of Janis Panizza of Marina Del Ray, CA, Eric (Carolyn) Panizza of Pittsburgh, PA, and cousins Kaitlyn and Erin Panizza.

Daniel was born on July 15, 1987, in Georgia. Shortly after his family moved to the Dallas-Ft Worth suburb of Grand Prairie, TX.
He graduated from South Grand Prairie High School and later earned an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design from ITT Technical Institute.

From a young age Daniel and his father shared a passion for cooking, horticulture, fast cars, and motorcycles. Their bond was also rooted in faith, often beginning their days with early morning bible studies.

Daniel continued to walk alongside his family in both joyous and difficult times. Following the loss of his mother's second husband, Daniel moved to Buffalo, NY to support her. In 2012, he returned to Grand Prairie and discovered his passion for recruiting. His mother followed. Two years later, he founded his own company, which he successfully operated until 2019. From there, he continued to advance his career in talent acquisition, eventually becoming the Head of Talent at his most recent employer.

Daniel was a force of nature. He lived fast, laughed hard, and loved deeply. Whether it was recruiting top talent, breaking barriers, racing anything with wheels, raising hell with friends, trolling the Internet trolls, or cherishing time with family, Daniel's passion burned bright. He leaves behind not just memories but a legacy- one defined by connection, loyalty, and a rare ability to make others feel seen, heard and valued. Daniel made a lasting impact on all who knew him.  He was a devoted son, a loving partner, a standup father figure to Yolanda's two children, and a true and loyal friend to many.

He leaves behind not only memories but the unmistakable mark of someone who connected with others in ways that made them feel seen and heard. He made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

He will be deeply missed.
