Crather F. Smith, born June 24,1940, the second of four daughters of Kenneth and Cathrine Maston.
Crather graduated IM Terrell High School, 1958, later completing cosmetology school, becoming a cosmetologist for several years.
She was married to the late Edward L. Smith for 33 years, from which she gave birth to one son, Glenn Ray Smith and one daughter Tina L. Smith-Wilson.
Crather served in composites and fabrications for 19 years in the defense industry. Crather was an avid traveler having visited many nations, such as Israel, Jamaica, Alaska, Aruba and Africa. Crather served at Christian Outreach Center Church as a hostess for many years, where she formed many lasting and enduring relationships. She was a liberal giver.
Crather was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son.
She leaves behind, her daughter Tina, one granddaughter Chance A. Smith-Dunn (Joel) and two great-grandsons, Beaux and Forest Dunn. Three sisters, Carolyn Pierce, Marilyn Eastland (OD) and Gaylor Lemmons and many nieces, nephews and friends.
